Corporate Risk & Security Assessment

We work with corporate clients to manage and reduce their political, social and security risks. This includes support in defining risk and security strategy based on assessed and quantified short and long term risks, to more detailed technical consulting on managing threats to specific facilities or procedures.

Each client and each situation is unique; we do not push ‘template solutions’, but aim to deliver a bespoke solution whether it is a full risk assessment, a security survey or overseeing the implementation of technical solutions.

Security is not confined to the physical; effective operations, particularly in difficult environments, require a wide range of the links with other stakeholders such as local people, host governments and lobby groups.  We can advise on the design and implementation of corporate outreach programmes based on extensive practical experience.
