Who we are
Minerva Advisory Group is a specialist consultancy formed by senior professionals with extensive experience of governance, crisis management, security and reform programmes in many parts of the world, including areas of instability. The group partners have current and recent experience of national policy formulation and planning, civil protection and resilience, and security sector reform; both on the ‘frontline’ and in capitals and boardrooms. We are active in the current academic and policy debates as to how to meet the complex challenges facing governments, NGOs and commercial companies, and are well placed to bring the latest thinking in this area to the tasks that we undertake.
What we do
We specialise in the analysis of problems, the assessment of organisational capabilities, the identification of solutions, and the construction of programmes necessary to achieve lasting results. Projects can range from an assessment of the effectiveness of national security institutions, through the development of crisis-management and recovery plans, to specialist outreach programmes for commercial companies operating in demanding environments. We plan all our programmes in manageable and accountable stages against clearly articulated and agreed client objectives, linked to long term local needs.
